I was trawling through fanfic.net looking for something to fill the Silent Witness gap, and found you. And the day got sooo much better.

Yeah, if I had managed to find the patience to read your fanfic over a few days, instead of ploughing through it all in one go, I would have commented on everything. You really do write well. I just didn't want to look 'stalkerish' or too over eager, lol.

Am UTTERLY smitten with your fics over on ff.net and a friend mentioned you were over here on lj, too, so thought I'd see if I could find you:) You've got pretty much all of us in puddles--happy, weak in the knees b/c your writing is so fabulously divine puddles. Picture that scene in the movie Amelie when she's in the cafe' writing the menu on the glass and Nino comes in and she imagines herself melting into a puddle) THAT is how we all feel with your latest fic. Yeah, I used to be a huge WAT fan - used to spend all my free time on the destined to board. It was a great community of fab girls and fics.

Definitely a sam / Martin fan! I just couldn't believe it when they did not put them back together. I was so convinced that it would happen.

I love Anthony Lapaglia, he was amazing in Lantana - his character is not dissimilar to your sam in your fic swim - but I just never saw the chemistry with sam.

Although I have to say that poppy and her real life hubby made a pretty good couple!

oh, destined. i had such a love/hate thing with that place. there were some really nice people and some of them posted really good fic, but there just always seemed to be drama over something.

i am forever bitter about jack/sam/martin. the only positive thing about how that went is that the show got so terrible in S4/S5 that i stopped watching, and if they had made sam/martin happen i would've had to come back. ha ha ha ha.

may tptb never screw up rookie blue in the same way. (they won't though. the sam/andy ship is unsinkable. and not in a titanic type way.)

Hey, just saw you imported this to DW - and wanted to invite you to rookieblue if you're interested at all. Currently it's just me posting anything I think of that's RB-related (including a S1 rewatch which had one person comment on the pilot and then go silent, lol) but I'd absolutely love any posts or comments you'd feel like making (or just join/subscribe as you feel like).

Also, I enjoyed reading your RB fics on LJ - thanks for letting me read them! Maybe someday you might consider posting some of the others on AO3 or something like that to make them easier for other fans to see - you can always archive-lock if you don't want people who don't have AO3 accounts reading them. (Or not, if you really don't want them read by others - but they're very enjoyable, they should be seen by more people.)
