Only a week till classes start. I guess that's kind of a good thing: I'm getting way too used to just sitting around doing nothing. I haven't left my apartment to do anything for three days. Not even to empty the mailbox. Eek.

The silver lining is I'm sort of unlocking the secrets of PhotoShop. Sort of. It's all very experimental and rookie-y, but I'm having fun, so who cares. And I love those little moments of "Ooh, I'm clever," when I discover something new. Possibly I will become a 100x100_brushes addict. I just can't seem to find exactly what I'm looking for...

I'm seeing the whole world in little 100x100px squares, which amuses me in general but is annoying when watching television. Just, Beauty and the Geek should not be iconized.

Lola Rennt was always a favorite movie and completely gorgeous, but watching it at half speed with the sound off makes you appreciate the visual genius of it even more. Soooo gorgeous. Who knew a red phone could be that fascinating?

Okay, that's it. I'm doing a load of laundry and taking a walk.
