wtf bnaa?!
Jul. 9th, 2006 03:43 pmI like Summer. I like the sun, I like that it's only dark for a few hours at night, I like that if I feel like it I can sleep all day, and I don't have to worry about it.
I HATE that if there's more than five days of good weather the cables at my dorm melt and we are without an internet connection, until someone at bnaa gets his ass in gear and hops on his tongue to Thailand for a new whatever-it-is-they-always-need-but-never-have. Assholes! And I call the answering machine service for a progress report and am told that "There is nothing to report at the moment." Like hell there isn't. The internet has been down since Friday around noon, and you bastards have done NOTHING to fix it.
So now I'm at Daniel's and I want to send them an e-mail (Because their phone line isn't open on weekends. Because they only fix problems Mon-Fri 10-17.) and you can write them if your phone isn't working or if you've got problems with the e-mail account they provide, but which no one is stupid enough to use, because it follows the room number, so when you move, someone else gets YOUR in-box. But if you have internet problems you can call the hotline and be told that there is nothing wrong. Or wait till Monday and call some pimple-faces 16-year-old, who will tell you he doesn't know anything about that, but have you tried the latest Final Fantasy?
Yeah, I'm pissed off. No, I'm not being reasonable. But, fuckit, this ONLY happens at this dorm, everywhere else is fine. It's not like the sun is any hotter where I live than 500 feet up the road. And they promised last Summer they would fix it, and clearly they haven't. And if they have, they've done a crappy job of it.
